Mark Bole
Mark Bole CEO
Mark has over 20 years’ experience in the technology industry - over half of it spent in senior commercial and general management roles. Before joining ShoZu, Mark was President of Incomit AB, a provider of solutions for mobile service providers to manage third-party consumer applications. Mark led Incomit from a pre-revenue position through to strong market traction.
Mark previously held a number of senior roles in Nokia over a 12-year period, including: Vice President, Global Customers with P&L accountability for 2G and 3G mobile business; Vice President, Internet Solutions Division with worldwide sales and marketing responsibility for taking several pre-revenue acquisitions to market in the enterprise and internet service provider space; General Manager, West Europe with accountability for several hundred million dollars worth of mobile systems business; Managing Director, Hong Kong; Managing Director, Taiwan; and General Manager, Cable Networks UK. Before joining Nokia, Mark was engineering manager for a multidisciplinary hardware and software development team in Raytheon Systems Ltd.
Mark holds an Honours Degree in Electronic Engineering from York University. Mark also holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute..

Bob Morgan
Bob Morgan General Manager of North America and Vice President of Business Development
Bob Morgan is responsible for managing North American operations for ShoZu with a primary focus on business development and sales in the region. This includes establishing and growing commercial partnerships with key strategic ShoZu partners including: advertising networks and publishers, online communities, carriers and handset manufacturers.
Previously the Vice President of Business Development at Kodak Imaging Network, Morgan was charged with all aspects of business development, 3rd party relationship management and strategic development for Eastman Kodak¹s leading online and mobile photo services and imaging software: Kodak EasyShare Gallery (formerly Ofoto), Kodak Mobile Service and Kodak EasyShare Software. Prior to Kodak, Morgan was Vice President of Business Development at MessageVine, a pioneer in the mobile instant messaging and presence market. At MessageVine, he founded US operations, built a sizable team and established a large number of agreements with major telecommunications and Internet firms. Prior to MessageVine, Morgan served in a number of sales and business and corporate development roles at Macromedia and Oracle.
Dean Wood
Dean Wood Vice President Distribution
Dean has over 10 years' of experience in the web, service provider and mobile sector, always working at the forefront of innovative new services and products. He was previously Director of Mobile and Devices, Macromedia EMEA, where he was responsible for driving sales and strategic partnerships within the Operator, Handset Manufacturer and Consumer electronics sectors. During this time he secured the first European mobile operator and handset manufacturer deals for the mobile group.
He has also held strategic management, business development and sales roles with companies such as Inktomi, where he secured the first web search and internet service provider customers in Europe, providing a significant catalyst for a highly successful IPO, Clickmarks, where he was VP Europe, and France Telecom/Global One.

Dean holds a BSc in Chemistry from Manchester University.

Jennifer Grenz
Jennifer Grenz Vice President Marketing
As the Senior Marketing Director, Jen is responsible for all strategic marketing functions including Product Marketing, Partner Marketing and Marketing Communications. Jen is leading the charge for the innovative co-marketing commercial partner strategy and establishing relationships with media and content companies as well developing ShoZu’s PR strategy.
Jen’s career began at Procter & Gamble and then transitioned to Senior Account Executive for S&S Public Relations firm. Her strong history in branding for one of the world’s largest consumer brands meshed with her experience in viral marketing campaigns and strategic PR for B2B consumer electronics have brought to ShoZu a powerful marketing perspective.
Graham French
Graham French Vice President of Engineering
As the Director of Product Engineering, Graham is responsible for leading multiple engineering teams in creating and delivering ShoZu’s applications and services. From the development of server solutions that meet identified market requirements and performance to the development and end to end testing of mobile clients.
With over 9 years of software engineering experience, Graham has been able to draw from past successes at companies such as DigitalRUM and Smartlogik to build an innovative engineering team that continues to develop smart applications that are the envy of the industry.
Graham has earned a BSC in Physics with Electronics and a Masters in Science and Engineering of Materials from the University of Birmingham, UK.
Phil Hopkins
Phil Hopkins Vice President of Partner Services
With over 20 years of management, professional services, and technical development experience, Phil lends his expertise to leading the technical team through the delivery of partner product integrations and customizations for ShoZu’s OEM, web destination, media and network partners.
Prior to becoming ShoZu’s Vice President of Partner Services, Phil was the Director of Custom Development at Openwave Systems and the Associate Director of Professional Services at Magic4. Here he built a Server and Client custom development team, grew a Professional Services team to over 100 employees throughout EMEA and Asia, and delivered embedded integrations and customizations for market leading standards based Mobile Messaging solutions with leading Global OEMs. Phil has also held management and project management positions at Tertio Telecoms, Bae Systems, Alenia-Marconi, GEC Marconi, and Ferranti.
Phil holds a BSC with Honors in Geology from London University.
Simon Cooper
Simon Cooper Chief Financial Officer
As ShoZu’s CFO, Simon is responsible for all financial operations, human resources, and information technology services. Simon is qualified as a chartered accountant with Binder Hamlyn (now Deloitte & Touche) and has dedicated much of his career to providing financial and operational expertise to start-ups.
Prior to joining the ShoZu team, Simon was a business recovery specialist before becoming a Director of corporate finance at Deloitte. Here he successfully completed acquisitions, disposals and fund raising initiatives.
Simon was also the CFO of a business services group, and has co-founded myFD, an active financial consultancy for small to mid-sized companies.
